How target points work

On a numbered target, a single scores one target unit, a double scores two and a triple scores three. Ocheflow also records the real target points, so S20, D20 and T20 produce 20, 40 and 60 points.

How to use the 33 visits

  1. Visits 1–5: settle into a repeatable line and tempo.
  2. Visits 6–25: protect your setup and avoid forcing the treble after a poor first dart.
  3. Visits 26–33: maintain the same routine while fatigue and score awareness increase.
